Dr. Alan Hales is a Senior Pastor at Victory Bible Church. [VBC] He is also a Bible Teacher with a healing Ministry, God uses Rev Alan to bring salvation, healing and Biblical truth that set people free. 

Dr. Hales has seen God do many miracles, His desire is to see more people come into the knowledge of God and His liberating truth.

And set people free from all bondage through the anointing which God has placed on his ministry.
